Custom Profiles
Pellets formed to the workpiece surface, for spherical, aspheric and free-form optical parts. The profile is set by drawing or sample and suits parts with stable, repeatable geometry.

- Customisation
- Profile work needs a 2D drawing or a physical sample, with critical tolerances and the surface equation. We recommend a small trial batch first.
- MOQ & lead time
- Standard sizes from stock or 3–7 working days. Custom parts 7–15 working days after drawing approval. Confirmed in writing.
