The company

Zhengzhou Hengda Superhard Material Co., Ltd. was founded on 29 April 2020 and is registered at No. 70 Dazhang Village, Gaocun Township, Xingyang, Zhengzhou, Henan. The legal representative is Yu Weibin.

We manufacture and sell superhard materials and diamond products. The core of the range is diamond pellets and fine grinding pellets — specified by glass type (sapphire, K9, ZF, borosilicate for automotive lighting, quartz, cast iron conditioning) — plus profile pellets, groove and chamfer moulds and prism chamfering discs made to drawing, together with diamond micron powder and polishing pads.

Our customers work in optical cold working, sapphire and hard-brittle materials, automotive lighting glass, and prism and profile chamfering. What these industries share is that the consumable is inexpensive but the requirement for batch consistency and process fit is high. That is where we put our effort, rather than in widening the catalogue.

Standard sizes are supplied from stock; non-standard parts are made to drawing or sample. For long-term customers we fix process parameters and raw material sources, so a change of batch does not mean re-setting the line.
